We welcome specific corrections, accessibility reports, feedback on an explanation and questions about our published material. We do not promise a response within a fixed number of hours.
Report a daily answer or hint
Use a subject such as “Puzzle correction — October 19, 2026.” Include the following details so we can check the same record:
- The page URL and the puzzle date or number shown there.
- The starting word displayed by the official game.
- The precise word pair that was rejected, or the clue level and text that seems incorrect.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- The approximate time and time zone if the problem happened near the daily reset.
A short explanation is enough. If you include a screenshot, remove unrelated personal information first. You do not need to share a password, authentication code or a complete browsing history.
Before reporting a path, compare the preceding word as well as the rejected word. A word can be valid in the game but invalid as a move from the position you are currently on. Our rules guide explains the one-position test.
Report a solver or accessibility problem
For the solver, tell us the input you chose to share, the displayed error or invalid step, and the dictionary version shown with the result. Include your browser and device type if the issue concerns a button, keyboard interaction or layout.
The solver's dictionary is independent of the original game. An official rejection can indicate a dictionary difference rather than a broken one-letter rule. Reports still help us make that distinction clearer.
For accessibility feedback, describe the page, the control involved, and any assistive technology you use if you are comfortable doing so. We value a reproducible description more than a long technical report.
Privacy, permissions and official-game support
Use the same email address for privacy questions, a request concerning an email you sent us, or a concern about material on this site. Identify the relevant page and your relationship to the material when reporting a rights issue. See our privacy policy and terms of use.
We cannot access official game accounts, recover an official streak or change a game's accepted words. For issues with the original game itself, start at poople.io and use the support information provided there.
